The Three Key Phases of Construction
The early stages of pre-construction will consist of an early budget discussion. We will consult with our design team to further coordinate feasible construction. In addition to arranging the proper subcontractor, site logistics, vendor selections, bid leveling, and following permit submission, we will explain and walk through the process clearly with our client, so everyone has a detailed understanding of the project.
During construction, we will manage and monitor any meetings with subcontractors, inspectors, and testing technicians (3rd party testing if necessary). We will work closely to ensure the cost and materials stay as planned. Quality control and safety assurance will be implemented as top priorities so that our clients have a sense of relief knowing that the outcome will result in not only a successful, but safe production.
As post-construction nears, a final walk-through to ensure proper operations maintenance are all in line. We will close out with a thorough explanation of warranty, finalized permits, and as-built drawings; following a lien release form to be signed. We will continue to follow up with our clients to guarantee satisfaction as they are now more than clients, but a part of our extended family.
