Pre-Construction

The early stages of pre-construction will consist of an early budget discussion. We will consult with our design team to further coordinate feasible construction. In addition to arranging the proper subcontractor, site logistics, vendor selections, bid leveling, and following permit submission, we will explain and walk through the process clearly with our client, so everyone has a detailed understanding of the project.

We will close out with a thorough explanation of warranty, finalized permits, and as-built drawings; following a lien release form to be signed. We will continue to follow up with our clients to guarantee satisfaction as they are now more than clients, but a part of our extended family.

The final process of post-construction includes a completed order to hand the building entirely over to the building owner. This includes completing all list items, a final walkthrough, clarification of all services provided, and completed signed documents.
