The early stages of pre-construction will consist of an early budget discussion. We will consult with our design team to further coordinate feasible construction. In addition to arranging the proper subcontractor, site logistics, vendor selections, bid leveling, and following permit submission, we will explain and walk through the process clearly with our client, so everyone has a detailed understanding of the project.

We will continue to follow up with our clients to guarantee satisfaction as they are now more than clients, but a part of our extended family.
